Die Küche translated from German means the Kitchen. This pop-up restaurant and catering company believes that it is within the Kitchen that life happens and with food memories are created. Influenced by the owners' background in Europe and European cuisine, Die Küche takes on the European fine dining in the form of tapas. With each small bite full of robust flavor that will take you to the place it originated from. Die Küche strives to translate food into memories through fine dining plating and tapas prices. This company believes it can give new life to the food world with mostly locally grown produce and organically sourced ingredients. Die Küche is your new European Fine Dining Tapas Restaurant to the Richmond area.

Castleburg Brewery is one of the newest and smallest craft brewery in the Richmond, Virginia area. Starting in 2011 Karl Homburg started his journey in creating unique and well developed craft beers. His beautiful partner Rhonda Groves and business partner gave Karl his first brewer's kit. After that fateful day it wasn't long before Karl caught the Beer Craftsman bug and continued to develope his unique beers into what they are today. A refined version of his beginings, Castleburg Brewery is the high rise of craft beers with its award winning selections. With that being said each beer is all about "Have[ing] fun storming the castle" for a good night, "good beer and good people".
